Same Carnhill (St Ives) input and output transformer and 283 amp card. Hand-wired, fully discrete modular design (no micro components or ribbon connectors). Built-in, non-compromise power supply. Classic, red Marconi input knob and grey output knob. DI input with “thru” for continued connection to next device (amplifier, pedal, etc.). Integrated 48V phantom power with illuminated switch. Front mounted, gold-plated XLR in / out provide easy access to connections and keeps audio path clear of power supply field. Same handwired construction, top quality components and attention to detail that BAE is known for. Classic RAF Blue finish with satin finish chrome handle. LED power indicator.
